New Features

Dashboard - Sync Schedules

Introducing a new feature that enables users to schedule menu syncs from the POS ahead of time. This convenient addition includes reporting and logs for easy tracking. To discover more about this exciting feature, please refer to our comprehensive guide: Sync Schedules.

QikServe Payments - Pay-out reporting Enhancements

Enhancements to QikServe Payments Pay-out reporting have been released and  available on your Global Dashboard for stores already integrated with QikServe Payments. This consists of summary and detailed pay-out information of all payments made to your company from QikServe Payments, with a granular view by venue.

Improvements

Pay at Table - Donation Provider support

Pay at Table will now support the use of Donation providers, when integrated this will allow customers to donate an amount when ordering using the PAT journey.  

Online Ordering - Support for Chinese and Dutch languages

We are excited to announce that our platform now supports the Chinese and Dutch languages. This means that users can now utilize these languages when using our platform. 

Online Ordering - Updated UI for Past orders

We have made improvements to the user interface (UI) of past orders to enhance the functionality. You can see the before and after images below to get a better understanding of the changes we have made.

Online Ordering - Sending Emails before Special Dates Beginning

Dashboard users will receive an email notification one day prior to the start of a special date that has been set up on their dashboard. This email will provide details about any changes in opening times that will be implemented due to the special dates feature.

Bug Fixes

  • Dashboard - Minor fixes have been made to the exported CSV file from the analytics tab on the dashboard. 
  • Dashboard - Error in translating Dutch using the GFC app, this has been resolved to correctly translate. 
  • Online Ordering - Norwegian Special characters were not appearing correctly when used in Special notes, this has been resolved and the characters should appear correctly
  • Tevalis Integration- PriceGroupID, menus with multiple price groups were not being filtered correctly when menu syncs were being actioned. This has been rectified so we are filtering all price groups when syncing a menu.
