Manage your Toggle Gift Card Integration

Toggle is a Gift Card platform that allows operators to sell and manage gift cards.

It is owned by Airship, a CRM provider. Our Toggle integration allows users to query their wallet value and then spend that wallet value on your restaurant order. Toggle - Hospitality Commerce and Gift Card platform

To have Toggle Integrated with your QikServe platform if you are already a Toggle customer, we will require an API username and Password. Please have the Toggle Support team get in touch with your CS manager here at QikServe.

If you are not but you wish to use the Toggle integration please fill in this very simple form on the Toggle website Toggle . This will then start up your journey to selling gift cards and being able to integrate with QikServe for your gift cards to be used in orders. Once you are a member you can then request with Toggle to get in touch with us at QikServe.

Once the integration has been set and is ready to use, the users will be able to fully or part-pay their bill with a Toggle gift card.

• When a customer is paying their check and have a Toggle gift card

  • Open Check  - they tap on the ‘Use gift card’ option

    

  • Online Ordering - toggle the gift card option on

    

• The user then types in their gift card number -

• The user will then view the amount on the card and can decide how much to use -

• If they choose to only use a certain amount or pay part of the order, they can pay the remaining amount by another payment option -

• If the full card balance has been used the user will then see the end order status

FAQ’s

• Can more than one gift card be used on a bill? Yes, this can be actioned.

• Can I use Open Check with my EPOS? Yes have a look at the POS systems we support with Open Check on our website - Pay at table

• What happens if I do not have enough credit on my Toggle card? You'll need to use an alternate payment method.

• Can you pay with Toggle and the remainder with another payment provider for example Cash? Yes if the store supports cash. Otherwise the remainder will need to be paid by card.

• What happens if I need a refund? Does the credit return to my Toggle card? Yes, Credit returns to Toggle card.
