QikServe Integration Requirements

STSG2 is a cloud offering that is Oracle provisioned and available for use with new deployments of the Simphony Cloud Service, starting with Simphony version 19.2. Simphony Transaction Services (STS) Gen 2 can be enabled via the Simphony Enterprise Managment Console (EMC).

For QikServe to integrate with your Simphony environment utilising Transaction Services Gen2, you will need to create an API Account for QikServe. Below you will find the values QikServe will need to be provided with, to configure the integration once the API Account has been provisioned.

An email address is required to setup the API Account. Recommended that a centralised email address for the organisation managing the account is used, as opposed to an individual’s email, in case at any point a password reset is required

Details QikServe require from the API Account, once created and setup:

At present, QikServe do not require the ‘BI API Base URL’

Additional Information Required

In addition to the above details, QikServe will also require some other values to be provided from Simphony:

  • employeeNumber - POS API Employee Number that QikServe will use to inject orders

  • Location Reference

  • Revenue Centre Reference

  • Price Level

  • Default Payment Tender - The Tender ID QikServe will use to inject orders

  • Order Type ID(s) - The Order Type ID(s) QikServe are to use, dependant on what Service you are offering (for example Dine In, Take Out)
