Transaction Reporting

Our latest developments with QikServe Payments (QP) is the reporting dashboard which can be accessed through your QikServe dashboard.

The new QP reporting dashboard allows you to have one source of data for easier reporting and tracking of your transactional data through your digital ordering and payment services with QikServe.

 
 

Locating your QP Reporting

The reporting is found within your QikServe Global dashboard (this is your store but with a Globe icon next to the name)

Then under the tab QikServe Payments.

The sub-menu allows you to:

  • View a summary of your transactions

  • View a detailed report of transactions

The overview is a “KPI” of transactions:

  • Total number of transactions

  • Average Transaction Value

  • Total Sales Revenue

This view helps you compare activity over a certain time period for example by month or date filter, by selecting from the drop down list on the overview -

Overview by time period

Transactions offer a more detailed view of your transaction activity including order date & number, payment method, card brand, transaction amount and fee information.

Details can be filtered in various ways including:

  • Time period (Week, Month to date, Year to date)

  • Payment method (Card, Google Pay, Apple pay)

  • Status (Success, Failed etc.)

You can also change the columns you view by selecting the column wheel, select or deselect the column titles and select Apply.

Exporting Reports

A feature to the reporting for QikServe Payments is exporting reports. To action this please follow the below guidelines:

Log in to your Global dashboard and select the tab QikServe Payment services then select the subtab Transactions. Here you can filter the reporting to include Date Range, Amount Range etc. Then apply to your report.

You can also change the columns you view by selecting the column wheel, select or deselect the column titles and select Apply.

Once you have your filters and columns selected, select the Export blue button to export the transactions to CSV

You will then have the option to export all pages or only what you have selected

Detailed transaction information

Further to the above detailed view, you can select each transaction for further information:

  • Customer name 

  • Order ID 

  • Date & time of order 

  • Payment details – Amount, Collected Fee, UK VAT & Net amount
