Pay at Table - Troubleshooting

In this article we will explain the most common troubleshooting questions and answers

  • Page is not loading after input of table number - Contact support@qikserve.com
  • Unable to close a paid check -  This could be a POS related issue, and the POS itself are having issues closing the check. Rebooting the POS should fix this issue. 
  • Not receiving orders - If you have updated the WAN IP we will need to update our web point (contact support@qikserve.com)
  • Error stating - Error checking to table
    'Please speak to a member of staff to proceed with your order' - This is an internet connection issue, when the network is unreachable causing a connection fail to the POS.
