In this article we will explain the most common troubleshooting questions and answers

  • QR Code not sending guest to correct website - First thing you want to check is that the QR codes have the correct URL attached top it. If it does then please contact support@qikserve.com
  • A red banner error stating something is wrong
    • Response from POS system is timing out 
    • GetTransactionList request error (upgrade to integration POS side)- This can be different types of issues.
