Web Ordering - Updated UI changes for Order again
We have updated the UI for order again that is displayed for customers on the web ordering platform. Examples of the old and new UI below:

Bug Fixes
- Web Ordering - Application popup message was being showed on the menu and at order confirmation screen
- Open Check - IBS integration was not injecting the order correctly when being used with open check, orders now inject correctly
- Deliverect - Pulling the menu from deliverect when using nested modifiers would add all new options to the last nested modifier on the dashboard. New options being pulled will be added correctly
- Dashboard - Special dates was not working correctly, when you had set in Special dates for a day to be opened but in the opening hours that same day was closed. All orders would fail on that day
- Web Ordering - Customers were able to redeem their loyalty stamps without consuming any stamps on their cards causing them to always be able to use loyalty deals/discounts
- Web Ordering - Custom tip amount was not working when using the web ordering app on a mobile device
- Mobile App - Latest versions of Android and iOS were not showing the "Accept push notification" prompt, causing push notifications to not be shown on their devices when sent from the dashboard
