See below features, improvements and bug fixes for the past month.

New Features

  • Order again We have created a new feature that allows users the ability to quickly add previous orders to their basket. To have this feature enabled please raise a ticket to our support team - support@qikserve.com

    • Set up

      • Log in to your QikServe dashboard, select the Menu tab and then select Order Again

    • User access

      • Once a user logs in (they must have previous orders on their account) the items or full orders will show as a carousel at the top of the menu

If there are any items from that order that are not available, this will show on the item before ordering and not add it to the order.

Improvements

  • Cocoa UI update  - Support for additional use cases have been added to work with Cocoa UI, these include, adding table/buzzer/tent numbers to orders and meal sides price breakdown.

  • FreedomPay3DS compatibility  - FreedomPay3DS is now compatible with UPP (Unified Payment Page). Stores will now be able to use this feature flag with the payment integration.

  • Adyen compatibility  - Adyen is now compatible with UPP (Unified Payment Page). Stores will now be able to use this feature flag with the payment integration.

  • Deliverect Datetime format changed  - The way the system receives datetime information has been changed so that it accepts a range of different formats, reducing errors caused by this when using Snooze items or menu syncs.

  • QP Total Pay-out column added to Pay-out Summary  - QP Stores will now be able to see the total Pay-out amount when looking at their pay-out summary on their dashboard.

Bug Fixes
  • Toggle duplicating order with 0 value  - Toggle will no longer duplicate orders that have a value of 0.

  • Simphony stopping users from ordering - Error when items were removed from a check via Simphony POS, has been resolved and users should be able to pay for the order now.

  • Deliverect menu pull failing due to availability date being too far ahead  - Menu pulls will now be successful even if items have their availability date further into the future.
