Mobile App - Store Banner changes 

This improvement will change the way a Store card is viewed on the mobile app, whether pre-order slots are available or not. Examples are shown below:

Bug Fixes

Dashboard - Reporting anomalies for event stores, sometimes causing certain orders to not shown when using a custom date range

NCR Aloha - Tax not being reflected correctly on order confirmation

Tevalis - Timeout response has been increased from 60 seconds to 90 seconds 

Kiosk Dashboard - Specification for images was incorrect, this has been changed to display the correct requirements

Kiosk - The closing time of the kiosk was not correct when ran from the dashboard

Kiosk - Discount total not returned when created from the dashboard
