Allergy Consultation

This guide will provide step-by-step instructions on how to set up an Allergy Consultation Pop-up for your stores.

Please Note: This feature has to be enabled for your store, please reach out to Qikserve@support.com to have this added. 

What is it ? 

Allergy Consultation is a customizable pop-up feature designed to help customers with allergies make safe and informed ordering choices.

This pop-up will show:

If the customer selects "No" they will be allowed to place an order, but if the customer selects "Yes" they will be shown this message: 

How to configure? 

Once you have the feature added to your store, you will need to navigate to your global dashboard. You can find the the correct tab under Policies > Allergy Consultation. 

On this page you will be able see to all customizable fields: 

Title - This will be in Bold at the top of the pop-up 

Description - This will be initial body of text shown on the pop-up 

Outcome pop-up - This will show if the user selects the "Yes" option

Display message for blocked orders - This message is shown for users who have said "Yes" to message and have attempted to order 

After completing the fields, be sure to activate the feature by toggling it on and clicking the "Save & Publish" button. This action will apply the changes across all stores linked to your global dashboard.
